1. Call to Order
President Will McGrew called the July 31, 2023 meeting of the Ecole PAC board to order

3. Approve minutes of the board meeting
June 5, 2023

On the Motion of Jesse Billiot seconded by Angel Ledet the board Approved and accepted the minutes of the Ecole Pointe-Au-Chiens board meetings.
4. Review of the board obligation and required disclosures
Ethics training must be completed by the end of the 2023 year.
Status update, Jade, Will, Dawn have completed the training. Jesse and Valerie will complete.
Tier 2.1 disclosure.
Due May 15, 2023 Donald Dardar still needs to complete this Will is going to help Mr. Donald Complete this. Valerie also needs to complete.
5. Discussion of the Budget

The bank account is now set up with Mr. Donald, Will McGrew, Caitilin Orgeron as authorized signers.
The account now has access the to the non-profit funds
Michelle Matherne has the debit card received via P.O. Box
In the process of setting up the LA.gov Account
6. Hiring and salaries
On the Motion of Dawn LaFont seconded By Caitilin Orgeron the EPAC Board has approved the following Hiring Positions.

Christine Verdin
Assistant Director
Sharron Picou
ELA teacher
Cynthia Seitz
French Language arts teacher
Cynthia Ownes
French Teacher
Gaetan Lombard
Nurse/Paraprofessional
Kahlie Naquin
7. Discussion of renovation to the provisional building.
Renovations to the K.C. hall will not be done in time for the August 16 opening day.
The board has voted to open the EPAC school at temporary location on the motion of Jesse Billiot seconded by Angel Ledet.
Vision Christian Center in Bourg LA.
8. Student enrollment
We will continue to share the student interest form and engage with anyone interested in signing up a child for the EPAC school.
On the motion of Caitilin Orgeron seconded by Angel Ledet electronic devices from home will be prohibited at school.
9. Adjourn
On the motion of Jesse Billiot seconded by Jade Bergeron the next meeting of the EPAC board will be held on August 14, 2023 at 6pm at the Houma Main Library.
