Discussion of Budget (15 minutes)

Discuss feedback from Senate Finance and House Appropriations.
Review updated budget from ED.
Discussion of potential letters to Lt Gov and/or Senate Finance members.

Ensure school is accessing and using IAT fund and submitting all invoices through state system.

Status of Job Postings and Recruitment
Discussion of which positions are priority.

State board recommendations on scope and budget to be provided to the non-profit board for sharing with the architectural firm whose bid was chosen.
Student Recruitment 2024-25 (15 minutes)
Goal: 15 students per grade.
Enrollment form. - Keep sharing
ED to provide an update on recruitment.
ED to direct staff to update spreadsheets tracking recruitment.
Number currently enrolled per grade.
How many parents has staff spoken spoken to?
How many students are confirmed / filled out the enrollment package?
Board to review and provide feedback.
Board to participate in open house and other efforts as relevant.
Development and Launch of Committees
Vote to form committees.
